We plan to take the early ferry from Sorrento to Capri and then catch the 6pm flight at Naples. Is this schedule doable? How long is it take from Capri to Naples' Port Beverello? can we take the Alibus to the airport from there??

With an early evening flight you should have plenty of time. Just keep in mind the weather and the possibility of sailing cancellations.
