Travel Agent in Rome ( English speaking)

I have been unsuccessful in getting train tickets through trenitalia online. I know people suggest waiting until I get there, but my urgency is because I need to take the train to Florence the day after I arrive in Rome. I am afraid the Rome-Florence tickets may be sold out a day before, since it is high season, and I have 5 people in my family, (three are children). I want to sit together.
Someone on this site suggested contacting a Rome travel agent which I think is an excellent idea. Then I could pick them up from the agency when I arrive.
Does anyone know contact information for an English speaking travel agent in Rome? Thank you

There are dozens of travel agents across Italy that act as agents for Trenitalia. Many in the Rome area should have someone who can speak English. Check the list at http://tinyurl.com/2vdlzh. You could always book through Raileurope or Italiarail.com...you'll pay more, but you'll secure your ticket.
