I’m trying to find a cooking class in Trastevere for October 18 evening. The one I prefer is full but they’ll contact me if anyone cancels. This is the only free evening we have free. It’s called Cooking Class in Rome. It’s actually near our stay which is what I prefer. Can anyone suggest another?

I'm doing this one on October 8th. I can't guarantee anything because it's my first activity with them, but they come highly recommended. It appears they have availability on the 18th.
