Can anyone comment on hese two beaches regarding witch would be more beautiful, pristine, and less crowded? KS

Taormina and Trapani only, or also surrounding areas?
Taormina doesn’t really have beaches, there are a couple of coves near the Isola Bella, but it’s rocky, not really a sand beach. It’s pretty but if you want a beach with sand you probably need to go to nearby Giardini, where there is a larger sand beach in town.
Trapani proper has a few beaches in town, but the best sand beach is the Beach of San Giuliano.
However there are better options outside of Trapani. The best, and often voted the most beautiful beach of Italy, is at San Vito lo Capo, not far from Trapani, to the north. There are also others in the island of Favignana, or also on the Scopello side and the Zingaro Reserve.
Google search above and take a look, then see what you like.
In terms of crowds it really depends on when you go. If you go outside of July and August they aren’t crowded.
