Traveling from Milian airport to Lucca. What train station do I go to ? And do I tAke the bus to station.

I'd take the Malpensa Express train to Milano Centrale, then a Freccia train to Florence (Firenze S.M.N), then a Regionale train to Lucca. Schedule at http://www.trenitalia.com/tcom-en

A few minor points to mention regarding the Malpensa Express from MXP to Milano Centrale.....
- you can buy your ticket at the airport station. You should be able to buy the tickets for your ongoing rail trips there as well (it's been awhile so I can't remember the details).
- DON'T forget to validate (time & date stamp) the ticket prior to boarding the train or you'll risk hefty fines, which will be collected on the spot.
- The Malpensa Express has two routes, one to Milano Centrale and one to Milano Nord Cadorna. Be sure to board the correct train!
- You'll arrive at some "outboard" tracks at Milano Centrale, and will have to walk into the main hall to find your next train. Check the electronic sign boards to determine which Binario (tracks / platform) your next train will be departing from.
