Transportation Venice mestre to Val Gardena

I'm trying to plan our transportation and need a little help. On the trentalia site I see several options to Bolzano through Verona. Some of which have only 9 minutes to transfer trains. That sounds way too short to me when traveling with a family of 4 plus luggage. Any thoughts?

My next confusion is the bus to valgardena,#350. Does it depart near the train station? What is the name of the stop? I've looked at the schedule for bus 350 and can't determine if the schedule is the same for every day of the week. Also is the last bus departing f at 15:28? I plan to be traveling to Val Gardena online 12 and returning on June 16

Most of the connections suggested through the DB link at How to Look Up Train Schedules and Routes Online allow 15 minutes to an hour for the transfer at Verona. There's more frequent service between Venice and Verona than between Verona and Bolzano, so it might be easier to adjust your first departure earlier, if you prefer a specific northbound connection. I'm pretty sure that I recall elevators at Verona train station, as an alternative to stairs, which you need to/from the access tunnel between train tracks.

The Bolzano bus station is only a block from the train station. See Google Maps or the map on p. 217 of Rick's big Italy book.

Depending on when you leave Mestre, you can take an EC at 14:02 that goes directly to Munich and only stops (no change) in Verona. That train stops in Bolzano at 16:31.
