Is it necessary to purchase bus tickets from Bolzano to Kastelruth ahead of time? Same with train tickets from Bolzano to Venice and then from Venice to Florence?

Some of those tickets you cannot purchase from the US, at the most, you could purchase your train tickets a day or two ahead of time, for example, buy your tickets to Florence when you arrive in Venice, but even that is not necessary.
