Our family of nine, 5 adults and 4 young children, plan to travel from the Rome airport to Positano. One week later back to Rome. What is the most efficient, easiest way? Thanks.

I would take the train from Rome to Naples and hire a private driver from the Naples train station directly to your lodging in Positano and arrange pick up at the same location the following week. We used the service: http://www.simplyamalfi.com and the charge was 110 euros each way. There may be less expensive ways to make this work but it was a splurge for us and in hindsight the best money we spent our entire month in Italy!!!
