I see you chose not to go with any of the hotels mentioned in one of your previous threads. Your hotel is quite removed from the more central tourist area, so a private car hire, while pricey, is likely your most convenient choice to get to the cruise terminals. Alternatively you could take a taxi to the Termini station, train to Civitavecchia, then taxi to the cruise terminal.
From FCO, you can taxi or hire a private car service, or train to Termini and taxi the rest of the way to your hotel.
The best way, in my opinion, is a private car service. Nothing better than having a driver meet you in the airport terminal ans wisk you to the hotel. A little costlier than a regular taxi, but worth it. We've taken the train from Rome to the cruise port and back, and while it is not that bad, if you have a lot of luggage, a car service is the way to go, expensive though it might be. We've used a private car service namen Rome Cabs a number of times and have always been happy with their service. If interested, send them an email outlining your needs and you should get a reply in less than a day.
