We arrive Pisa airport at 10pm and want to continue our travel to Florence where we have reservations. Any suggestions on modes of transportation at that time of night?

Terravison also provides coach (bus service) from Pisa airport to Florence. See, http://www.pisa-airport.com/sat/cda/aree/index.php?idArea=21, for their schedule. Apparently they have a bus leaving Pisa airport at 11:15 P.M and at 12:20 A.M.
