Transportation in Turin

I will arrive at Italo station Torino PN late Monday morning and have a reservation at Grand Hotel Sitea, Carlo Alberto, 35. Will I be able to walk with a rolling suitcase from the train station to the hotel?

I leave the next morning, on Tuesday for the airport for an 11:00am flight. What is the best way to secure a taxi for that trip and what time should I leave the hotel?

Regarding the walk, yes, it is only a few blocks. Sidewalks are paved with flat stones (not cobblestones) so rolling luggage is OK.
About the taxi, I can't say.

It's a grand hotel, they should be able to book a cab for their customers.
