Transportation frrom Sorrento to Matera

I want to go from Sorrento to Matera by public transportation. Rome2Rio suggests leaving from Napoli Garibaldi to Napoli Metropark and taking a bus to Stazione Villa Longo in Matera. I know how to get to Napoli Garibaldi. That's the Cicumvesuviana station downstairs from Napoli Centrale, isn't it? Can I walk to the bus station from there, and is it well-marked? Google Maps shows that Napoli Metropark is adjacent to the Central and Garibaldi train stations, so it should be easy to find.
