I will be in Rome with my daughter in mid-May. We're spending 3 days in Rome, meeting up with friends there,
and then we're going down to Positano for 4 days. After that, returning to Rome for a few more days.
Just wondering what the best (not necessarily the cheapest) mode of transportation would be for the round trip
to Positano. Also, although we want to relax in Positano, what are the most worthwhile local day trips?
Is Capri a good choice? The Blue Grotto?
High speed Train Rome to Naples.
Then Circumvesuviana Commuter train from Naples to Sorrento. Finally Bus from Sorrento to Positano.
(Or car hire from Naples to Positano for about €80-100. More expensive but less hassle).
