Transportation from Rome FCO Airport to Sorrento

My husband and I will be traveling from Rome's FCO Airport to Sorrento in April. We planned to take the train, but I noticed on the Mundo Guide website that they now have a Rick Steve's endorsed shared ride service from the airport to Sorrento for $100 per person. In the description of the ride service it states that it is a 4 hour trip.  Does this shared ride service sound like a better option than taking the train?   Are there other options that we should consider to travel from Rome to Sorrento?  Thanks

We paid about 100 euros for a driver from Napoli Centrale so $200 for 2 all the way from FCO sounds like a bargain.

Easier than train for sure - that requires 2 changes then possibly a cab to your hotel

I believe there is a bus from FCO to Sorrento but as I recall it was very limited service

ETA
I am assuming the transfer works same as their tours
Once the minimum is met the shared transfer is a go
That particular transfer has a 6 person minimum

What is better is a very subjective question, and it depends on what is important to you. Easier? Probably. Cheaper? Probably not.

Then there are other things to take into account. Like comfort, being strapped into a car seat for 4 hours is not that fun. Especially not compared to a train where you can move around, have access to a bathroom and food. And travel time, it is a bit tricky for a car to beat a 300 km/h train.
