As mentioned in the previous post, the Leonardo Express is about your best option. Travel from FCO to Roma Termini is roughly 30 minutes. The cost is €11 per person (DON'T forget to validate your ticket in the yellow machine). You can buy tickets either from an agent or from a ticket machine.
The Leonardo Express is about the easiest way to get into Rome, especially as it's not affected by traffic problems!
