I see that there is a train that goes directly to Termini station in Rome. Is there a bus option that would be closer to the Hotel noted above? I see that there are several shuttle bus options but I am not sure where they stop in Rome.
this bus stops at Termini http://www.terravision.eu/airport_transfer/bus-fiumicino-airport-rome/
Ask your hotel how to get there.
Looks like the #70 bus would take you from Termini to the Via Zanardelli stop very near your hotel. There are no buses or trains from the airport that will take you directly there. Taxi or shuttle service would be your best direct options.
You could catch a taxi or shuttle van directly to your hotel. If you have 3-4 people, it's priced right per person .
Many catch the Leonardo Express train into Rome Termini. In front of the train station is a large plaza where many buses are staged. You could get on Bus #40. Before it hits the river close to the Vatican, get off. Your hotel fronts the river 3-4 short blocks to the east.
Looks as if you made a very good hotel reservation--top ratings and great location.
Always a nice idea to include a link:

If it fits your budget, the easiest thing to do would be to take a taxi from the airport directly to your lodging. Total cost is 48 euros, fixed.
Take Leonardo train from airport to Roma Termini. Dozens of buses at exit and very helpful people at ticket booth. Have fun!
Bus #70 stop is immediately to your left as you exit the front of Termini, at the street curb, not with all the other bus ranks in the Piazza. You can buy bus tickets or passes at the newsstand inside Termini just before you exit.
