Any recommendations on how to get to Siracuse from Catania airport? Is the bus easy? What is the best way to get from Siracuse to Ortigia?

Yes, bus is super easy and inexpensive. Look for it right outside the exit area, there's a kiosk to buy tickets right there. I walked from the Siracusa bus station to my hotel which was a 5 min walk outside Ortigia. The northern end of Ortigia is a 15 walk top the bus/station station, or you can take some small shuttle or taxi depending where you're staying. I would go on Google Street View and do a virtual walk to your hotel and see if it's feasible.

Is there a schedule online for the bus from Catania airport to Siricusa? This will be on Easter Monday and I am wanting to know if the schedule will change for that day.

I'd go to the Autobus Interlinee website to verify. But Easter Monday looks fine. Easter would be a different matter entirely.
