My family and I will arrive at the Camucia train station and need to get to a house just outside of Cortona. Anyone know if there are Uber’s, taxis? Do you suggest arranging something in advance?

That will get you up the hill to Cortona. I can't remember where tickets are sold for the Bus, but hopefully one of the others can provide that information. If your house is a long way outside the city, a Taxi would probably be the best idea.

There are no Uber, and there may or may not be a taxi waiting at the station. There's a cafe about 2 short blocks from the train station that sells bus tickets to Cortona. Walk along the street that heads away from the exit to train station, and it's on the left. There's a bus stop near the cafe, so no need to walk back to the station. Perhaps your host could pick you up at the bus stop in Cortona, or it may be walking distance from a bus stop in or just before Cortona.

You can buy a bus ticket at the bar at the train station. Just make sure you take the bus that goes all the way up into town, not the school version that stops at the bottom of the hill of cortona.
