Hi all, we just made it to Assisi after a tremendous week in the Amalfi Coast. Unfortunately our train ride from Naples to Assisi turned our to be a bit of a nightmare. The train from Rome to Foligno broke down and left everyone stranded for over an hour. . We finally got on another train but that one required 3 transfers to get us to Foligno where we decided to take a taxi to Assisi. I know these things happen but I do not think I can do the train again back to Rome airport from Assisi. Any suggestions for a driver ? Everything else has been better than I could have imagined. I’m looking forward to posting my recommendations after 4 days in Furore
