What is the best choice for me and my family when we arrive at the Fiumicino Airport from Chicago and need to get to the cruise port civitavecchia?

Define best and size of family? An easy and relatively inexpensive is the Leonardo Express into Rome and train out from Rome -- about three hours and $20. However, if three or four people WITH LIGHT LUGGAGE than a cab for about $75 will be more convenient.

There will be 4 of us. With probably a med to large piece of lugggage each.

Then you will not fit in the standard taxi. Drop this subject in the search window and you will find some refers to large limo and vans. Or someone might post some references for you.
