Transportation for 6 am flight from Bari, Italy

I have a 6 am flight from Bari to Rome to NY in October. I am booked into the Best Western near the airport. The hotel says they can arrange but very limited service.
How do I get transportation at 4 am? Is there a car service? We will be four people. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

If the hotel says they can arrange transport for the 2 mile trip, what is the issue?

I would think if there are flights leaving at that time, there will be taxi drivers around to get the business.

The issue is that they say transportation is “very limited.” We are checking in late so there may bemany people reserving before us. We are also four people that may not all fit into a taxi. Therefore, I was wondering what other options we have at that hour.

I just googled "Taxi to Bari airport" and "Bari airport transfers" and came up with a number of private taxi and shuttle companies. I entered "6:00 am" and a date next week into the link of one of the companies, and was given a fare of 74 euros for 4 people from "Bari." So it looks like the taxis are out there, and pre-booking one on-line may be the way to go. You might want to wait until closer to October to do so, though, and if you enter a departure address so close to the airport you'll hopefully get a better price.

This would not be to everyone's taste, but we walked from the Bari's Hotel dei Principi to the Bari airport in 20 minutes for an early morning flight.

FWIW, that airport (Best Western La Baia) is only a seven minute drive to the airport, per Google Maps. I agree that shouldn't cost 74 euros. But I suggest booking now, rather than waiting until they're all possibly booked up. Isn't Bari a cruise ship port? That can gum up the shuttle services.
