We are finally heading to Rome and beyond, not until May of next year but starting all of our planning now. We are flying into Rome but spending the first three nights in Tivoli. My question, what is the best option for getting to Tivoli from FCO?
Any help on this would be appreciated.

Train to Roma Termini or Roma Tiburtina
Then change to train to Tivoli
These are regional trains so no need to purchase tickets in advance
Price never changes, can’t sell out
Be sure to validate if you have a paper ticket
Or “check in” if you purchase online or app
You can just purchase the whole journey at kiosk or window at FCO train station
