What is the best way to get from Rome airport to Sorrento? What is the best way to get to Positano from Sorrento?

All covered in the Rick Steves' Italy guide, as well as in numerous posts here, but the short story is: -Leonardo Express from FCO to Termini -EuroStar from Termini to Naples -Circumvesuviana from Naples to Sorrento -Bus from Sorrento to Positano There are also ferry options from Naples to Sorrento and Positano. I think you can also take a train from Termini in Rome to Salerno and bus back to Positano if that appeals. Not sure on the details.
