This July, my wife and I will be arriving in Milan (MXP) at 10:40pm. We are trying to find the best way to get to our hotel this late at night. We are staying at the Enterprise Hotel, north of Sempione Park. We will be arriving from a week long trip in Iceland and will have several pieces of large luggage to take into consideration. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

The Malpensa Express Train runs until 12:26 am and cost 11 euro per person, The Enterprise is about half way between Bovisa Nord station and the terminal at Cadorna Station. Given the hour, you'll have a better shot of getting a cab at Cadorna. So figure 22 euro for the train and maybe 10 euro for the cab, and your talking 32 euro. A cab from the airport may not be a whole lot more, so that's probably the most sensible thing to do, especially if you are traveling heavy.

I'm seeing prices of 92 euro for a cab (includes 20% night time surcharge), so maybe the train isn't such a bad idea after all.
