I will be arriving in NAP on Saturday, May 6th at 21.55 (9:55 pm)
My hotel is in Sorrento.
Does anyone know if I would be able to grab a cab that late at night, or other arrangements I could make? TIA

You could ask your hotel to recommend a driver, about 100 Euros, do a Search here for drivers, and also review the posts under Italy. Getting from Naples to Sorrento is a frequent question and often discussed here on the Forum!

I'd suggest emailing the various car services discussed in the Search I attached. I'm sure you can get a driver, but there would be an additional charge for the late hour.

Our Naples/Sorrento transfer during the day this month was 150€. I was quoted close to this by several companies.
