Probably the Sena bus to the Tiburtina station.
Otherwise bus to Florence then train to Rome.
Or train to Chiusi, then another train to Rome.

The bus mentioned by Roberto. It is direct to Rome and leaves conveniently from a plaza near the city center. You can buy tickets at the station kiosk the day of or day before your departure.
