I was wondering if anyone could give me the name of a good Company to do a trip fom the Cruiseship terminal to a hotel in Rome. Another thing what are your thoughts on Shore Excursions in the Greek Islands. Take them with the Cruise Line or on your own.

RomeCabs.com offers good rates & the drivers speak English for rides to/from the port.
You can usually find a better deal if you book your own excursion and you won't be rounded up like a piece of cattle. Visit CruiseCritic.com and find the message board for your ship. You can probably jump on an excursion someone else is planning.
