Hello~ we will be traveling from Rome by train to get to Praiano. I would like to take the Eurostar train and I believe it arrives in Napoli. Instead of changing to the public transit, can anyone suggest a private transfer from there to our accommodations? (or what a taxi may cost) there are four of us.. two are children.
Also once our stay is over in Praiano, we will need to get to the Napoli airport for a flight. (same question) private transfer or taxi?

For a private driver, I would recommend Mariano Fiorentino.
We used him for a full day tour of the Amalfi Drive, and he was wonderful.
What time is your flight out of Naples? Praiano is approx. 45 miles from the Naples airport. www.michelin.com shows this drive to be 1hr. 20min. If you have an early flight, you will need a private driver as public transportation may not run that early. If your flight is later in the day, you might have a problem there as well as the road from Praiano into Sorrento can sometimes get temporarily blocked by buses and traffic on the narrow portions (most of it is narrow).
If you use public transportation out of Praiano, it's most likely a SITA bus to Sorrento, the Circumvesuviana train to Naples and a taxi to the airport. There is shuttle service from the airport to Sorrento.

Our flight (I haven't booked it yet, I will soon) looks to be at 10:30 am with Aegean Air to Athens.
I think the best thing for us will be to use a private driver.
