We will end our cruise in Venice and plan to spend a few days in Siena after the cruise so I am looking for info on transfer services for this route. We are a family of seven with my grandmother who can not walk distances so train travel is out for us. Can anyone give me suggestions of companies that provide private transfer services.

I would suggest checking with your particular cruise line as they may have companies that provide this service.

If you do a search, you will find there are companies (cost effective for a group of seven) less expensive than ones the cruiselines recommend. I have used several different companies in the Rome and Naples areas but never as far north as Venice. For comparison purposes, I paid 650 euros for a 12 hour tour from Rome to Pompeii that accommodated 10 people. That was with a Sorrento company that I found after a search. I'm sure you'll come up with at least a few possibilities.
