There are direct (no transfer) busses starting at 6:29 AM departing from Lucca’s Stazione Fs station to Firenze terminal two (1h 15m). A taxi is quicker but will cost close to $200 (1h).

A private limo driver can get you there in less than one hour for approximately €120.
If you want to save money there is a direct bus from Lucca to Florence which travels on the A11 freeways without making stops along the way. The first stop at the end of the freeway is at the Florence Airport. The bus line is number DD operated by Autolinee Toscane, Tuscany Region’s bus company.
