Hi.. Does anyone know the most cost efficient method to transfer by car service/taxi to the above mentioned locations and the approximate cost in US $.Book in advance/a particular service you would recommend/just hope a taxi at the airport? It would be a daytime transfer.Thank You.

Varenna is an easy train ride from Milan
The other towns are easily reached by ferry from Varenna.
There probably are car services/taxi to get you to Varenna, but if you have that much extra money cluttering your garage, I would be happy to help you do some "cleaning" :-)

We have always used Como based Davide Guerrera at davide@ davideguerrera.com to take us from MXP to Bellagio.. He is very responsive and reliable and answers emails quickly. When we first booked with him he was the least expensive driver we found.

Do you mean from the airport? Which airport? Assuming it is Malpensa, you can easily find car service companies online by googling it. This one has representative prices:
Rome to Rio shows a similar price (£140-170).
