after hosting a tour of Puglia in September I am taking two days to chill in Trani. Does anyone have suggestions on nice places to stay near or on the harbour.

In 2012 we really enjoyed our stay at Albergo Lucy, very near the waterfront. We had a lovely top floor room with a balcony overlooking a little piazza and church.
We had a great dinner in Trani at Osteria Ferro e Fuaco, a short walk downtown. Highly recommended if they're still open.
