I will be in Trani for a couple of days in the middle of September and am looking for hotel or B&B recommendations.

We stayed at Albergo Lucy years ago and loved it. Large rooms, perfect location. Trani was one of our favorite stops on a trip down the Adriatic. Let me know if you’d like day trip ideas from there.

Thank you for the suggestion and offer. We've been to Trani before and know a few places to go. We ended up staying at Palazzo Romanelli which is quite lovely.

Another option I will share for others reading this post. Here’s what I wrote about it this year:
“I was back to Trani for two nights at my favorite room in the B&B that was so special last year! The host warmly greeted me & remembered me from last year. I opened my door at Dimore Marinare & there was that special view of the harbor & church out the balcony again! I like the view so much that an evening photo from last May has been my phone screensaver photo for the past year. (Heart). When I thought of where I could plan to relax after the RS tour, Trani immediately came to mind. “Aah” summarizes my thoughts of Trani where the only “must do’s” don’t involve a ticket, queue, or planning.”

Ditto for Dimore Marinare. Now in Puglia and have been here two weeks. Best room by far has been at Dimore Marinare. We too had a room with a balcony facing the harbor. Beautiful view of the harbor sitting on our balcony, and the room was wonderful. Eat at Gallo Restaurant, which you can see from your balcony. Great meal sitting outside with a harbor view.
