My friend and I stayed one night here https://www.portorosso.it/ it‘s a good B&B if you come by car, cause you can easily find a parking space on the street and it‘s for free. There is also a small bay next to this B&B where you can swim and it‘s not far to walk to the city center of Monopoli. Breakfast is at the next Cafe‘.
Unfortunately the webpage is only in italian but you can easily add their number in WhatsApp and get in contact with the owner. Portorosso is also listed on booking.com
