Trains to Civatavechia from Roma Termini

We will be staying two nights in Rome and then we plan to take a train to Civatavechia. I have RS book an it says that the ride takes 45-80min depending on the train. I hope somebody out there can tell me which is the train that takes 45min? How many trains are there? How do I ask for the 45min train? Do you know the name. Hope somebody can shed some light on this train issue. Thanks a million.

It is a commuter run. Three to four trains an hours ranging from the Regional around an 1 - 15 to faster IC. And the price ranges from about 8 to 12 Euro. Just check the schedule at Termini when you arrive for the train that fits your schedule. The IC will require a seat reservation and the regionals do not. It is an easy run. And the train is within a half mile of the port entrance. RoninRome.com has a whole section on getting to Civit...

Maria, As Frank mentioned, you can find complete information on that trip on the excellent Ron In Rome website. You can check the train departure times by using the Trenitalia website. That trip ranges from ~41 minutes to 1H:16M. NOTE that these will usually be Regionale trains so you MUST validate your tickets in the yellow machine prior to boarding the train, or risk a hefty fine. Happy travels!
