I was under the idea that trains in Italy can only be booked from 4 months before the trip. But i can see prices and schedule for my date (july 13). Is it normal ?

Freccia trains on mainline routes be booked up to 6 months ahead. Its the Regionali that are subject to state subsidies that don't get scheduled until just before the June and December schedule adjustments.
