I am trying to book train travel from Rome to Macerata on July 29th and returning on August 4th on-line with no success. Is there a place in North America that I can call to book tickets?

Since portion or all travel in your route will be aboard Regional trains, the schedule has not been loaded yet for dates after June 9.
But there is no reason to pre book a Regionale train. There are no discounts.
Trains don’t sell out either, I would buy when you go at the Rome train station.
To check timetable enter a date this week. Schedules change minimally after June. That way you can see all the options available.
