I have been trying to find the schedules and pricing on Trenitalia from La Spezia to Vernazza or any of the other towns in the Cinque Terra. There are no prices on the Trenitalia sight. Can anyone tell me the costs? It looks like I can not prebook a train.
We are coming from Rome to La Spezia and then getting a Train to stay in Vernazza.

You can't get regionale tickets more than 7 days out.
It is frequent and cheap.
It's Cinque Terre (ending in "e"), plural.
The cost is €2.40. No discounts. No pre-purchase is necessary.

The reason no prices were shown could be that you were searching beyond the current range of ticket sales for trains in that area (normally seven days). Many of the trains in that area are Regionale, so it's awkward to buy tickets online for those, nor is there any price advantage for doing so. What time does your train from Rome arrive in La Spezia?
You could just go to Roma Termini the day prior to your trip and buy your tickets from a Kiosk, and validate in La Spezia before you board your train.

Note that quite often the trains are clustered, so even "2 per hour" means one at 2:26pm, one at 2:39pm, then 3:24pm.
