Can you please stop writing in Twitter. I tweet, but not on this Forum.

Italo is not a website for Trenitalia. What problem are you having with (for me) easy Trenitalia site?

Are you routing to Firenze (SMN) from Milano via Levanto or is that 2 trips?

You don't get a seat reservation on Regionale trains and if you are on a faster train you need to be on an exact one, not approx.

You print it. No.

Gabriella, http://www.trenitalia.com/ is the official website of the company running most of the trains in Italy.

Exactly what problem are you having? What tickets are you trying to book (from where to where and for what date and time)?
How far did you get and what is the error message you got?

Yes, train tickets always include the reservation if one is needed. The ticket will specify the train (date, time, train number) and your coach and seat number.

For more information and a tutorial on how to use the Trenitalia website see here: http://www.seat61.com/Italy-trains.htm#How%20to%20use%20Trenitalia.com

We can't help if you do not explain what the problem is.

We cannot help you if you cannot help yourself. You need to write more clearly so that we understand your problem. You never need to book in advance on-line. However, sometimes advance booking can take advantage of deep discounts when available. If looking at May 15, then those discount most likely are gone so just buy your tickets when you get there. All trains in Italy, except Regionale trains, required a ticket with an assigned seat. The Regionale trains is unreserved and is the only ticket that needs to be validated (time stamped) prior to boarding. All other tickets are for a specific train, at a specific time, on a specific. Miss the train and the ticket is dead.

PS -- Just realized you asked the same question on April 24 with excellent responses. Why the repeat? Or did you not comprehend the answers?

As Frank said, there's probably no benefit to purchasing tickets in advance at this late date: economy or super-economy tickets are probably long gone.

In your case, I'd go to a ticket window at the station, tell the attendant where you want to go and when, and just buy them there. I advise 2nd class tickets on faster trains with reserved seats as there isn't a big enough difference between those carriages and first class to warrant any big difference in price.

He/she will not have time to answer a lot of questions - such as which platform, which carriage, how find assigned seats, etc. - so you'll want to familiarize yourself with how to read departure boards at the station and reference the "Man in Seat 61" website pages on Italian trains. They are not difficult once you get the hang of them.

A side question? Apologies if I'm off base but is it possible that English is not your first language? I sense that it may not be, thus some communication difficulties.
