What type of ticket do you have, Janet? Is it one that can be changed? Or is it just a reservation to go with a railpass?

If you bought a discount fare ticket, it is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. If you bought a full fare ticket, go here: http://tinyurl.com/le4e3eq.

On the Trenitalia home page click on "Online purchasing management." On the new page click on the appropriate link for having registered before booking tickets or for having booked without having registered.
