How do we get the train from the airport to Sienna? Is there a train station at the airport? I need people's best places to stay in Sienna and Rome for one night in each only!

There is a train station at the airport, but only to limited stations. Best bet is taking the Leonardo Express to Termini Station in Rome, then Train to Siena, changing trains in Chuisi, all about 3 to four hours of travel depending on connections.

I like the Borgo Grondaie hotel in Siena, which is near the train station but a fairly long walk into town. You can read a lot of reviews about it on www.venere.com.
