Can someone please advise me of a realistic time frame to travel from Cinque Terra to Rome, then onto the Leonard da Vinci Airport. I have a time table from Trenitalia that gives departure times from Le Spezia. We will be leaving a hotel in Riomaggiore. I understand that once we get to Rome, trains leave for the airport every 30 minutes.

It's only a few minutes on the CT local train from Riomaggiore to La Spezia. The trains run frequently.

The train from CT to Rome takes about 4 hours. Once in Rome, at Termini, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the platform for the airport train. Those trains take about 30 min to reach the airport. You will need to allow PLENTY OF TIME getting from Riomaggiore to Rome's airport. I never trust the local CT trains to run on time. So, I would probably take an earlier train to La Spezia just in case.
