Janet, The stations you'll be using are Napoli Centrale and Assisi. Travel time will be as short as about 3H:18M (depending on which train and departure time you choose) and there will usually be two changes at Roma Termini and Foligno. You can see all the details using the Trenitalia website (click on the "Tuttti i Treni" gray tab). Happy travels!

http://www.trenitalia.com/ Use the "Tutti Treni" tab (all trains). Enter Napoli Centrale (unless of course another station is closer to your location). Assisi. The boxes will prompt you as you enter more letters.
