Train to Villa d'Este - Tivoli

In my research of the train to Tivoli out of Rome Termini, I noticed it also stops at Bagni di Tivoli. In order to see the gardens which stop should we use.
Also would 2 hours be sufficient to spend there?

You’ll want the Tivoli stop - quick walk to the gardens. The train takes over an hour each way from Roma Termini, and there are some sights other than the gardens, so I’d say stay longer than two hours, but of course that’s up to you.

I didn't know there was a train to Tivoli. We took a direct bus from Tiburtina (?) station. It passes through some scuzzy areas and gets you there in under an hour, the Villa a short walk from the bus stop. Two hours was enough for us, we had lunch on one of the backstreets afterwards.
