Is there a train from Rome to Capo Bonifati (and return)? I could not find on the Trenitalia website.
If not to Capo Bonifati, where is the nearest station?

There is. The station is called CAPO BONIFATI. You might have looked at a date too far into the future, check this week.
There are no direct trains from Rome, in most cases you need to change in Naples (Napoli).
Capo BONIFATI is 3h20m south of Naples by train.
