Train to manarola

I plan on taking the red line bus from Pisa airport to Pisa central train station. From what I have read I will take a train to la spezia and then transfer to a train that will take me to manarola. One of my questions is do I buy a ticket at Pisa central for the entire trip or do I have to buy a separate one for manarola once I get to la spezia.

At the kiosk or counter, simply buy a ticket to your destination, the ticket will show both trains and the change in La Spezia.

Thanks.... Is the red line bus the best way to get from Pisa airport to Pisa Central?

The bus is called Bus PisaMover. It's a minibus that stops in front at the departure hall. I think the color is green/white.
That is one way to go.
The other way is a taxi.
If you don't mind walking a little less than a mile, you can walk to the station too.

Bill,

You can check all the train solutions on the Trenitalia website. As the others have mentioned, buy tickets to your final destination, either at a staffed ticket window at Pisa Centrale or from a Kiosk. Most of the trains on that route have one change at La Spezia Centrale, which is an easy change. At least one of the trains will probably be a Regionale so DON'T forget to validate your ticket prior to boarding the train. The other train may be an InterCity, which means you'll have an assigned car and seat no.
