When does the summer ticket schedule come out? We are traveling in July and can't get any ticket dates passed June 5. We are traveling both Italo and Trenitalia.

The summer timetable change is on June 9, the new schedules of all local trains will be uploaded by that date. Local trains can't sell out and have no discounted tickets, so you can get tickets either online or at the counter before boarding.
I think that The complete summer schedules of trenitalia and italotreno high speed trains have already been published on the 2 official sites and the tickets are on sale.
Beware of re-sellers that allow customers to book journeys with a mix of Trenitalia and Italo trains. Re-sellers forget to explain that the connection is never protected if you miss a train run by one company because of a late train run by the competitor, .
