For those of you who are traveling by train inJune I was able to buy tickets from Florence to Venice and Venice to Bolzano today. Get them while they’re cheap. One of the days of train travel is on 23 June and the other is the 28th. I have not tried to buy tickets for July yet. I use the Trainline app.

On the 23rd our train leaves at 2:30 and it was a little over $75 for two people first class. It’s a direct train high-speed rail.

In the Trenitalia site, I'm seeing SPECIALE FRECCE tickets (no changes or refunds) 45,80 euro for two on Trenitalia: 8:20 Firenze SM Novella to Venezia S. Lucia on June 23. This is a "fast" train with no changes. Same price for the 14:20. Nothing available yet for that date on Italo.
Never saw the need for first-class or business-class tickets but that's just me. :O)

If you mean "Business" or "Business Silence" classes on the Frecciarossa train #9420, you would have paid 63 $ on the official site.

I know I could’ve saved a couple of bucks on the official site but I love using Trainline. It’s worth a couple extra dollars for its convenience.

It's not only about the 12 dollars fee, it's more about the face of Trenitalia's employees the moment you need help and they realize you have purchased their tickets on a re-seller's site.
