Is it possible to buy train tickets at the station in Stresa? Need to buy tickets from Varenna to Milan, but understand that the Varenna station is unmanned. Thanks!

I have purchased tickets at the Stresa station. It is a small station but it is manned.

You can buy any train ticket at any train station in Italy. And you can use travel agencies in the towns since they do not add a fee to the ticket purchase.
