Train ticket detail

now in Lucca, looking at the ticket I bought for la Spezia
Detail of ticket says:
La Spezia central element
Via Pisa c. "Viaregg"
Do the quotation marks mean I can also take the connection from Lucca to Viareggio or something else I do not understand?

How much did you pay for the ticket? There are 2 Regionale prices. 8.70 to connect via Pisa, 7.20 to connect via Viareggio.
